Requesting samples

Coloplast offers a wide variety of products for different needs. Request a sample to ensure you find the right solution tailored to your needs and preference.

We want to help you find the perfect product. When you request a sample, you will also receive support by experienced Care Advisor, who will call you and help identify the best solution for you.

What products can you sample?

It can be difficult to find a product that suits your individual needs. By requesting samples, you have the chance to talk to an experienced Care Advisor who can help you find the solution that works best for you.

With a few exceptions you will be able to request a sample for products in the Coloplast Ostomy and Continence product ranges. We are not able to offer samples from our Wound Care portfolio.

How to request a sample

1. Add the sample pack to basket and check out

Search for the Coloplast product you would like to sample and add them to your basket. Proceed to checkout to place the sample request.

2. We will call you

After placing your sample request, one of our experienced Care Advisors will call you within the next few days to make sure you are getting the best sampling solution to meet your needs.

3. Your sample will be dispatched

Once you’ve been contacted by a Care Advisor and your sample request is approved, your sample will be dispatched within one business day.

Delivery

All sample requests will be shipped with free delivery and in discreet packaging. For any approved sample requests, we will aim to dispatch them within 1 week.
